HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ITEM(S)?
Since we use PAYPAL we usually ship 2-3 days after verifying payment and item is shipped. You will recieve an email comfirming acceptance of your payment and tracking information regarding your order.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY ON TV'S?
If your product is defective in anyway please email me at ksparks07@comcast.net for an RMA number. Most defective goods will be replaced upon receipt of the defective product. All defective returns must be returned within 7 days of receipt, all non defective returns must be returned within 30 days and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Restocking fees do not apply to defective merchandise that is being replaced. All Special Order items are not returnable / Non-defective refused goods are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus all shipping charges incurred to and from original destination. VISIBLE SHIPPING DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY. CONCEALED DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT. PLASMAWHOLESALE.COM WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES REPORTED AFTER 24 HOURS.
